Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team! As a key member of our sales floor, you will help customers find furniture. lighting, accessories and more that aligns with their style, while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate pieces.
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date on product features, materials, and design trends.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the store’s success.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a visually appealing showroom.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience (furniture experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for design, furniture, or home decor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and tracking inventory.
• A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
