Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Hours are flexible if needed.
Overtime as required.
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Quality Assurance: 1 year (Preferred)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier parts with team
Full Job Description
- Perform first-piece, in process, and final inspections adhering to specifications per blueprints, job traveler, and other support documents.
- Note any deviations/nonconformance’s and coordinate with the quality team for resolution
- Fill out any documentation required for completion of job (First Article Reports, PPAP’s, etc.).
- Ensure accurate counts of parts.
- Investigate any quality issues to determine the root cause and communicate the root cause back to management
- Maintain and calibrate various inspection fixtures, gages, and measuring devices so appropriate measurements are made.
- Complete routine paperwork and job tracking including job travelers, inspection sample plans, and JobBoss.
- Knowledge of general safety and willingness to use PPE’s
- Maintain a clean work area with 6S practices
- Other duties as assigned
