H&G Systems is an HVAC and plumbing contractor that has been serving the commercial, institutional, and industrial markets in North Texas since 1968. We pursue complex projects, and we work hard to earn our customer's trust and respect.
Job Title : Warehouse Manager
Work Hours : 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm, Monday through Friday - including occasional weeknights and weekends (weeknights and weekends are rare).
Pay Scale : $35 - $40 per hour, depending on experience.

Primary Job Function : The Warehouse Manager will manage all aspects of our two DFW warehouses. The work includes but is not limited to managing all aspects of our vehicle fleet, receiving incoming deliveries, loading / unloading equipment and tools, managing our tool inventory, repairing tools as needed, and maintaining a safe, clean environment in the warehouse and in our storage lot. The Warehouse Manager will develop and implement effective warehousing strategies to optimize space utilization and improve operational efficiency. The Warehouse Manager will work closely with projects managers to coordinate the timely deliveries of materials needed for ongoing projects. In addition to managing the tasks noted above, the work will also include the fabrication of various items for our jobsites. And, on occasion, the work will include transporting materials and equipment from our offices and / or from our supplier's facilities to our various jobsites around North Texas.
Secondary Job Function : If possible, we'd like this role to be able to aid in the purchasing of the materials for our various jobsites.

Required Qualifications :
- Must be a self-starter who constantly searches for something to do
- Must be proficient and comfortable with computers and technology
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Customer Service Skills
- Well organized and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Must pass drug and background screens, including post-hire random drug screens
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (no accidents / violations for the last ten years)
- Be able to operate a forklift and a pallet jack
- Adhere to all the safety procedures
- Be able to lift 80lb , kneel, bend, stoop and use ladders
