AUTOMOTIVE ACCOUNTING WARRANTY CLERK

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Automotive Accounting Warranty Clerk to join our team.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Process cancellations of extended warranties and insurance policies
• Ensure all required documents are collected for cancellations
• Accurately calculate and process refunds
• Post general ledger entries in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile statements for all cancellations
• Close daily bank deposits
• Maintain clean and organized accounting schedules
• Address customer and vendor inquiries in a timely fashion
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all transactions
• Communicate with controller regarding financial impacts

Qualifications:

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive dealership accounting workflows
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage financial records accurately
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to upload spreadsheet templates
• Ability to work professionally and collaborate well with team members
Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience or equivalent
