Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Process cancellations of extended warranties and insurance policies
- Ensure all required documents are collected for cancellations
- Accurately calculate and process refunds
- Post general ledger entries in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile statements for all cancellations
- Close daily bank deposits
- Maintain clean and organized accounting schedules
- Address customer and vendor inquiries in a timely fashion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all transactions
- Communicate with controller regarding financial impacts
Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of automotive dealership accounting workflows
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage financial records accurately
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to upload spreadsheet templates
- Ability to work professionally and collaborate well with team members Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience or equivalent
