Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Audit car deals for compliance with corporate documentation standards prior to posting
- Verify that all required documents are completed and signed properly
- Ensure posting and costing entries are accurate
- Process paperwork promptly and accurately
- Route funded deals to title clerks when funded
- Issue lien payoff checks and submit them to financial institutions
- Post daily funding
- Month end sales commissions
- Process bank drafts for funding
- Back up other desks as needed
- Prior experience in automotive billing, or a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds a plus!
