Position Overview:
The Accounts Payable Office Assistant position requires assisting in the daily operations of the accounting department and upholding the integrity and confidentiality of your financial transactions.
Essential Functions:
- Accounts Payable for Brokered Sale Transactions
- Accounting / Collections for Real Estate Rent Receivables
- Collections for Past Due Receivables

- Follow up on safety regulations put in place by our safety coordinator
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Education/Skills Requirements:
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented and flexible
- Ability to multitask
- Work well with others
- Ability to work in a fast paced growing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite functions
