We’re looking for a knowledgeable and organized Parts Counterperson to join our H H Chevy Team! In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for Customers and Technicians, helping them find the right parts and solutions to keep vehicles running smoothly.

With a mix of hands-on problem-solving, teamwork, and Customer interaction, this position is perfect for someone who loves staying connected to the automotive world while delivering top-notch service.

• Look up parts quickly and effectively to maximize the Retail / Wholesale Gross Profit and Service Flag Hours.
• Accurately special order parts that are deemed not in stock.
• Clean and restock the cabinet to keep the parts stocked in the shop.
• Attempt to up-sell all internal and external Customers by offering additional needed items like filters, batteries, fluids, and Pro-Shop items.

Schedule :

• Hours Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm with rotating every forth Saturday 8 : 00 am - 1 : 00 pm.
• Pay range $35,000 Commission based on experience.

Qualifications What You Need to be Successful :

• The ability to read and comprehend information and perform calculations.
• Similar experience required.
• The ability to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer.
• The ability to prioritize and utilize time management.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching and other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Lift and / or move up to 100-lbs.
• Operate motor vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
• Operate necessary equipment, both manual and power driven.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools properly and safely.
• Ability to walk briskly up to 500-yards frequently throughout shift.
• Ability to move about the dealership in order to effectively communicate with Associates of other departments.
