- Look up parts quickly and effectively to maximize the Retail/Wholesale Gross Profit and Service Flag Hours.
- Accurately special order parts that are deemed not in stock.
- Clean and restock the cabinet to keep the parts stocked in the shop.
- Up-sell all internal and external Customers by offering additional needed items like filters, batteries, fluids, and Pro-Shop items.
Schedule:
- Hours Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with rotating every third Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
- Pay range $42,000 Commission based on experience.
Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:
- The ability to read and comprehend information and perform calculations.
- Similar experience required.
- The ability to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer.
- The ability to prioritize and utilize time management.
- Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching and other maneuvers associated with the position.
- Lift and/or move up to 100-lbs.
- Operate motor vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
- Operate necessary equipment, both manual and power driven.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools properly and safely.
- Ability to walk briskly up to 500-yards frequently throughout shift.
- Ability to move about the dealership in order to effectively communicate with Associates of other departments.
