Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable associate for full-time employment with full benefits!
Accounts Receivable Associate duties include but are not limited to:
- Work with customers to facilitate the billing and collection of invoices
- Entering payments on customer accounts
- Uploading invoices and pull information from customer web portals
- Monitoring salesmen consignments
- Process account adjustments
- Mailing and e-mailing customer invoices and statements
- Monitoring customer past due balances and manage account reconciliations
- Communicate with customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Process credit card payments
- Prepare bank deposits
- Communicate with customers via phone and e-mail to investigate and resolve queries
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Accounts Receivable experience
- Computer knowledge and able to learn programs
