What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chemist position at H & H Consulting?
Job Summary
- Assist labs across the company to standardize methods and equipment, and compare accuracy, precision, and robustness.
- Analyze samples including (but not limited to) analysis by XRF, ICP titrations, ISE, laser particle analysis, thermogravimetric analysis.
- Participate in customer complaint investigations.
- Monitor and improve accuracy and precision and efficiency of analytical testing.
- Develop new test methods and protocols. Standardize those tests across the company.
- Travel to other sites (about 10% total).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry required
- 5 years working in a laboratory, manufacturing industry.
- Developing analytical methods, leadership skills
- Operate ISO 9001, food safety experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
