DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time accounts receivable bookkeeping position has a typical schedule of Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.
As an Accounting Specialist - Bookkeeper, you are essential to our company's day-to-day operations. You manage the ledger and handle accounts receivable reconciliations as part of your various financial duties. Your keen accounting skills are an asset as you process batch transactions using QuickBooks. Organized and detail-oriented, you thoroughly investigate and resolve any financial discrepancies.
Clients appreciate your clear communication skills as you effectively clear up issues, process payments, and balance accounts receivable. We offer our clients savings through HVAC service agreements, and you handle the prompt renewal of these Comfort Club Memberships. You have a talent for analyzing and evaluating financial processes, and you enjoy providing suggestions to improve our accounting procedures.
