CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:

Come work for the #1 Customer Experience Team in the Omaha Metro Area with the H H Group as a Customer Service Agent. Pay is $15 - $18 per hour. You will be working in a fun, positive environment while handling incoming phone calls, including setting reservations and general assistance, for our Service Department Customers! 

• Complete incoming and outgoing phone calls to confirm Customer reservations and provide service reminders.
• Update Customer information in programs.
• Assist Customers with providing past service history reports.
• Growth opportunities available!

The schedule: 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, and 9am-6pm with rotating Saturdays 7am-4pm.

Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
• High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Detail oriented.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
