Job Overview - How you'll contribute:
Do you have a passion for motorcycles? Enjoy all things mechanical and leading a Service Team? Frontier Harley-Davidson Outpost is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Team in Grand Island, Nebraska. You will be responsible for leading a well-trained, highly efficient, and profitable Service Department while achieving the highest level of Customer Satisfaction possible. Then this is the position for you! (Pay Range $40K-60K plus bonus)
- Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the Service Department Team.
- Forecast goals and objectives for the department.
- Handle all Customer complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Monitor records such as repair orders and accounts receivable.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with both Customers and Associates.
Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:
- Have a motorcycle endorsement.
- Strong Customer service and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and utilize time management.
- Operate a motorcycle cautiously and safely.
- Ability to walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout a shift and lift/move items up to 100 lbs.
