Account Executive (Staffing Industry)

H.I.R.E Talent Group is looking for an experienced Staffing Account Executive to help drive business growth. In this role you will be responsible for driving new business and growing existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Track and record metrics throughout sales process
• Meet and exceed financial goals
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
• Minimum of 100 cold calls a week
• Send a minimum of 70 emails a week
• Participate in a minimum of 7 clients meetings per week
• Drive new business in new markets and areas
• Maintain a top 50 prospect list of prospective clients
• Contract negotiate. Ensure new accounts remain at a profitable Gross profit percentage

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years staffing sales experience
• Proven success in the staffing industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
• Must have a book of business

Salary

DOE $65k-$75k
