Key Responsibilities:
The Division Manager will be responsible for:

Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Financial Acumen
- Develop and manage the division's budget.
- Monitor expenses and revenue to maintain profitability.

Client Relationships

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management.
- Minimum 7 years' experience as highest level of authority management position involving transportation, operations, customer service, and safety.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving business goals.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
