Your Impact
As an Injection Molding Engineer, you'll play a critical role in new model development, process optimization, and cost reduction. You will:
- Optimize Manufacturing: Analyze and resolve scrap and manufacturing defects, driving cost-effective solutions.
- Drive Capital Investments: Participate in equipment installations and process implementations for new model development.
- Innovate & Implement: Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Provide Technical Expertise: Support production, process, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Lead New Model Development: Contribute to tooling design, process development, simulation, robot programming, and process confirmation.
- Ensure Financial Reliability: Provide technical insights on inventory, manufacturing costs, and capital investments.
- Project Management: manage projects, communicate progress, and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Plastics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in injection molding and robotics.
- Proficiency in CAD/3D modeling and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Competitive salary:
- Level II (5 years): $70,000 - $80,000
- Level III (5-10 years): $80,000 - $90,000
