About The Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by leveraging our established customer base and introducing our innovative technology to new markets and applications. This "road warrior" position, based in Butte, requires up to 50% travel across the US. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Drive Sales Growth: Pursue leads, qualify prospects, and manage the entire sales process for new and existing customers.
- Generate New Business: Proactively generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Showcase Innovation: Deliver compelling, hands-on product demonstrations at customer facilities and represent Resodyn at industry events.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales and product lifecycle.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Interface with internal Engineering and Operations teams to ensure clear communication of customer needs and technical requirements.
- Become a Technical Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product lines and provide expert technical support to customers.
- 5 years of proven experience in capital equipment sales.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A strong understanding of industrial materials-processing technology.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented attitude with a "can-do" approach.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and the ability to manage a customer database.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- US citizenship and a valid US driver's license.
