Summary :
Responsible for painting and maintaining plant equipment, fixtures, and building structures as required. Performs various maintenance tasks including carpentry, drywall repair, floor repairs, and other minor repairs as part of the overall upkeep of the facility.
Essential Functions :
- Perform painting of plant equipment, fixtures, and building surfaces as required.
- Conduct general maintenance including carpentry, patching and painting drywall, replacing ceiling tiles, repairing floor tiles, epoxy coating floors, replacing vinyl base molding, and making minor door repairs.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all painting and maintenance equipment.
- Safely operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other required machinery for elevated work.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of painting equipment, ensuring it is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions or issues to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to maintain facility integrity and appearance.

Shift Details
1st Shift is M-TH, 4 X 10-hour shifts, 6 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm.
