Summary : As a Regional Sales Specialist for The H-J Family of Companies, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction within your assigned region. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging your technical expertise in the electrical industry to provide innovative solutions that meet their needs. Your role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the company's reputation by building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
Essential Functions
- Lead and manage sales activities within a defined geographic area, working closely with the Director of Sales to execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Travel within the region to meet with clients, industry partners, and attend relevant events.
- Implement sales strategies, guidelines, and targets to increase market penetration and sales across various customer segments and channels.
- Contribute strategic insights and recommendations to the marketing department to support the company's sales and profitability goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other promotional events.
- Identify and develop objectives, strategies, and action plans to boost short- and long-term order intake and market share.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and deliver effective sales solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, proposals, contracts, and financial transactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the sales team.
