The H&K Group, Inc., is seeking a highly motivated Construction Office Administrator. The construction administrator is responsible for maintaining construction reports for rental agreements, reports, time reports, cost report, quantity and purchasing reports, material, and supply orders. The office administrator’s focus will be the result that is, the generation of reports necessary to assist the project manager and team in running an efficient project office, and all input to generate such reports on the computer.

- Works directly with the project manager and project supervisor providing reports, inputting/review, and compliance of the following duties
- Invoices for Truck Rental
- Certificate of Compliance for materials received
- Tracking estimates in ECMS
- Update Estimate Tracking, managing submittals in PPCC
- Manages assigned project with independence, ability to prioritize multiple projects and disseminate information
- Responsible for documentation and data entry for all office correspondence
- Assist with administrative duties
- Assist the Human Resource Department with new hire paperwork such as form I-9 and E-Verify
- Other duties as assigned
- One-year certificate from a college or technical school or three months of related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combinations of experience and/or training may be considered
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
- Six months of related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of or basic skills in Lotus 1-2-3, ARC Serve, HCSS, and Rexon
- OSHA or other relevant safety certifications
- Notary Public
- Experience in heavy civil construction, road construction, or other heavy industry
