Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need related experience and/or training, a working knowledge of safety policies, and the ability to safety and efficiently understand and direct crane set-up and lifting plans.
You should also have experience operating heavy equipment used in highway construction, preferably specific crane and pile-driving equipment, and hold OSHA or other relevant safety certifications.
