Responsibilities

  1. Perform all work according to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
  2. Read blueprints and job-related documents to properly plan work
  3. Schedule materials, equipment, and work for the crew
  4. Develop crew SIP's and submit to site foreman
  5. Track daily quantities and submit to site foreman
  6. Conduct daily huddles with crew to establish daily production goals and ensure all members of crew know and buy into the plan for the day
