Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. The Project Administrator will play a key role in supporting project managers and ensuring the smooth operation of project activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams
- Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
- Coordinate project logistics, including travel arrangements and accommodations
- Manage project-related correspondence and communications
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting
- Perform data entry tasks to update project databases and spreadsheets
- Support in maintaining project calendars and schedules
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in clerical or office administration roles preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of calendar management and office management practices
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, transcribing, and record keeping
