Duties
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, cleanup, pipe laying, and stripping forms.
- Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must have valid U.S. driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
- Must be able to clear background check to work on secure job sites
- Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with heavy machinery is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the trade.
Expected 40 or more hours/week. Shifts may vary every few months based on current project.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
