Summary"

Position Highlights:

Provides supervision for the HR Compliance programs, ensuring Moffitt is following applicable policies, rules, laws, and regulations. Ensures that Human Resources maintains updated records for all team members and supervises the programs to ensure ongoing compliance, accuracy in documentation and consistent communication. Ensures the integrity of Human Resources data by developing and completing regular and periodic data audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the HR Compliance functions, assigned team members, and all associated responsibilities and processes.
  • Leads HR audit functions.
  • Oversees compliance of remote work conducted by team members domestically and internationally.
  • Maintains current knowledge of all relevant laws, rules, regulations, etc., that would pertain to any Compliance or Audit programs.
  • Works on special projects, as needed, for HR Management.
Credentials and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP required.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in progressive Human Resources roles. Must have broad exposure to various HR programs and specialties, such as Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Total Rewards, etc.
  • Demonstrated record of building partnerships and effectively managing and resolving challenges.
  • Must have broad knowledge on transaction functionality, query writing, and data analysis using Excel, Access, or similar tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation efficiently to process large quantities of data relevant to required tasks.
  • Must have knowledge of federal, state, and agency laws and regulations and must be resourceful to stay abreast of changes or additions to laws and regulations.
Preferred:

  • Previous HR Supervisory experience is preferred.

Salary : $81,900 - $104,000
