Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage incoming calls, providing exceptional phone etiquette while directing calls as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
- Utilize Google Suite for scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively.
- Assist with office management duties, including maintaining supplies and organizing the front desk area.
- Support the team with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Provide personal assistant support to management, including clerical tasks and document preparation.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information while handling client inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications is essential; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Experience in office management or as a personal assistant is advantageous but not required.
