Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and keep up-to-date with relevant employment legislation.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Collaborate with department managers to address workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development needs.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance issues, career development, and employee engagement.
Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Solid understanding of recruitment and talent management processes.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Prior experience in the nutraceutical industry a big plus.
