What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Administrator position at H MART - Corp?
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Organize, file, and maintain architectural and engineering drawings and documentation to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company standards.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits for project teams, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
- Assist in identifying required materials and products by maintaining inventory records and processing purchase orders accurately.
- Support the preparation and coordination of permit applications and bidding packages, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and submitted on time.
- Help compile and assemble construction bidding packages, ensuring all components are accurate and professionally presented.
- Manage and track project-related payments, including processing invoices for outsourced professional services and general contractors.
- Assist in compiling and organizing refrigeration and equipment packages, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- Provide administrative support for drafting preliminary CAD drawings and millwork detail drawings, including document preparation and distribution.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Associate’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of administrative experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools and software preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
