What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR - Learning & Development Specialist (Bilingual ENG/KOR) position at H MART - Corp?
Responsibilities but not limited to:

Design and deliver a variety of training programs and workshops optimized for H Mart's business operations, including store-specific job training. Develop these programs using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).

Work closely with internal SMEs to create and update relevant L&D programs for different departments, ensuring content accuracy and applicability to the business.

Develop and manage blended learning programs (a mix of online and in-person training) integrated with the company’s Learning Management System (LMS). Ensure content is up-to-date, accessible, and engaging for all levels of employees.

Conduct in-person training sessions at H Mart's business locations, including stores and other relevant operations. This includes traveling to various regions where H Mart has a presence to deliver workshops and on-site training programs.

Identify and develop internal trainers, building their skills and competencies to become effective facilitators of training programs. Provide ongoing coaching and resources to strengthen their instructional abilities.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in retail or customer-facing environments.
- Familiarity with the ADDIE model and experience in program development and experience in using and managing LMS platforms preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train diverse groups of employees.
- Travel as needed is required to conduct training at various H Mart locations.
- Other language skills at a business proficiency (Korean, Chinese or Spanish) or another language is preferred.
