What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Management Administrator position at H Mart?
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Analyze and monitor architectural and engineering drawings
Review and process the project costs including outsourcing services and general contractors
Organize refrigerator and equipment placement schedule review
Review and updates CAD drawing and millwork detail drawing
Visit jobsites to assist gathering data needed to complete designs
Determine the types of materials needed and calculates the quantity to be ordered
Monitor and review new store permit set
Monitor and review the progress of elevation and finish schedule
Qualifications/Skills:
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Extensive knowledge of architectural drafting tools such as CAD and Revit software experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred
