Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through our hotel management system.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while adhering to hotel policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling incoming calls and messages.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk role or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
