Staffing Coordinator
We are a home care agency based in University city Philadelphia. We are looking for a candidate to help us grow and improve on our processes and client experience.
Duties Include:
- Coordinate staffing for our entire home care and group home teams
- Manage EVV (electronic visit verification)compliance with HHA Exchange software platform
- File Clerk: updating charts with new documents, data entry, keeping charts and documents organized and up to date, keeping file archives organized, and working as a team to insure the charts are accurate and in compliance.
- Assisting H&Mcare’s case managers, administration & nursing team
Looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is self motivated to work independently, and who is organized.
Must be willing to work with the public and in a group office setting. Must be ready to work as a team.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Ability to work with people
- Skilled experience with Google tools for collaboration and professional communication (Docs, Drive, Gmail, Google Contacts etc)
- Skilled experience with data entry programs (Excel, Google Sheets, Word)
- Very organized and able to learn and work with the organizational system we already have in place
- Computer experience & knowledge a must
Education:
- High school required, College preferred
