Salary: $180,000 per annum

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced legal generalist with a strong background in real estate or land use law. They should be comfortable navigating both state and federal regulatory frameworks, with a proven ability to quickly adapt to new areas of law and business.
Responsibilities:
- Offer legal guidance and support to senior leadership on a range of legal matters, many relating to property rights, development projects, and regulatory compliance.
- Proactively recognize emerging legal trends across operations and develop strategies to minimize risk.
- Stay up to date with relevant state and federal regulations that affect resort operations, providing support and advice to the Company’s compliance team on associated compliance initiatives.
- Oversee complex real estate development transactions as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to help shape company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- An active state bar license is mandatory. If licensed outside of Colorado, the candidate must be eligible for a Colorado single-client bar license (or a full Colorado bar license).
Salary : $170,000 - $185,000
