About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Re-Insurance Transactions Attorney with at least 6 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will advise on and execute some of the largest and most sophisticated re-insurance transactions in the industry. The position requires a deep understanding of re-insurance structures, regulatory frameworks, and transactional execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-value re-insurance transactions from inception to closing.
- Provide legal guidance on structuring, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex re-insurance agreements.
- Work closely with financial and corporate teams to support business objectives.
- Advise clients on market trends and strategic opportunities within re-insurance.
- Engage with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to evolving industry standards.

- Experience: 6 years of legal experience focused on re-insurance transactions.
