Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales to manage complex customer relationships, process orders, and support cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a strong understanding of our products, the ability to ask the right questions to uncover customer needs, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring seamless sales operations while going the extra mile to support both the customer and our sales team.

The ideal Inside Sales position:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage complex accounts by understanding customer needs, expectations, and long-term objectives.
  • Provide personalized service and proactive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead meetings with customers in the form of conference calls, video calls, and in-person meetings.

Order Management & Sales Support:

  • Accurately enter, process, and track orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Address and resolve order discrepancies, customer concerns, and service-related issues.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide essential support, including product recommendations and quoting assistance.

Product Knowledge & Customer Consultation:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
  • Ask insightful questions to identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
  • Serve as a reliable resource for customers, ensuring they have the right information to make informed purchasing decisions.

Cross-Department Collaboration & Internal Meetings:

  • Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to product and operations teams to improve offerings and streamline processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience: 2 years in inside sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong presentation skills and professionalism with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with customers.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for going above and beyond for both customers and the sales team.
  • Be open to the possibility of some travel.
