We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales to manage complex customer relationships, process orders, and support cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Manage complex accounts by understanding customer needs, expectations, and long-term objectives.
- Provide personalized service and proactive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead meetings with customers in the form of conference calls, video calls, and in-person meetings.
Order Management & Sales Support:
- Accurately enter, process, and track orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Address and resolve order discrepancies, customer concerns, and service-related issues.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide essential support, including product recommendations and quoting assistance.
Product Knowledge & Customer Consultation:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
- Ask insightful questions to identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Serve as a reliable resource for customers, ensuring they have the right information to make informed purchasing decisions.
Cross-Department Collaboration & Internal Meetings:
- Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide feedback to product and operations teams to improve offerings and streamline processes.

- Take the initiative to proactively solve problems and anticipate customer needs.
- Support both sales and customers with a solution-driven mindset.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail in all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience: 2 years in inside sales, customer service, or account management.
- Strong presentation skills and professionalism with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with customers.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing business needs.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for going above and beyond for both customers and the sales team.
- Be open to the possibility of some travel.
