Description
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on optimizing the company’s online presence by managing our websites, digital marketing strategies, monitoring and responding to Google reviews. This role is critical for maintaining a strong digital footprint and ensuring cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Website Management:
- Work with our two website hosting companies to ensure optimal performance and overall design of our websites. Handle day to day changes on website backend.
- Analyze and optimize website performance to increase conversions and improve user experience.
- Ensure the websites align with the organization's brand, strategy and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website.
2. Digital Marketing Chanel Management:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company’s goals through various channels including pay per click advertising, search engine optimization, social media, and email.
- Develop strategies for lead generation.
- Work with our outside digital marketing firms to ensure goal alignment and budget optimization.
3. Google Reviews and Online Reputation Management:
- Regularly monitor Google reviews for all locations, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer feedback.
- Develop strategies to encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews, improving overall ratings.
- Address negative reviews constructively, coordinating with store managers to resolve any recurring issues.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track the performance of SEO/SEM initiatives, reviews, and advertising campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key metrics, successes, and recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to keep strategies current and competitive.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Entry level role is ideal for individual passionate about digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- At least two years of experience in related field
- Ability to work well with marketing team to enhance our online presence, improve website traffic and engage with our audience across social media platforms
