Site Safety Officer

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced On-site Electrical Site Safety Officer to begin work on an active large construction project in Clemson, SC. This position will require the candidate to complete daily safety sheets via computer, therefore computer skills are required.

• CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING SAFETY ON A CONSTRUCTION SITE!
• Candidate MUST BE LOCAL to the Clemson/Greenville, SC area to be considered. We are not paying per diem.
  
  

The Electrical Site Safety Officer will proactively manage the site safety plan with a focus on eliminating hazards through pre-planning, which results in an incident free work site. The Electrical Site Safety Officer will work under our Corporate Safety Director and Jobsite Superintendent.

Ideal candidate MUST have previous experience working on Large Projects in a related field.

Requirements:

• OSHA 30 Hour Training
• OSHA 500 and/or 501 Training
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel (safety documents)
• Familiar with OSHA Rules and Regulations
