What you'll do...

The Expat Client Relationship Professional position supports H&R Block's Expat business unit, which serves the tax needs of clients worldwide. We're looking for an associate who is good with technology and enjoys troubleshooting issues in complex systems. These systems are used to gather all information needed from clients and to manage workflow and communication between internal associates and their clients.

  

Day to day, you'll...

  • Manually fixes issues as an "admin-level user" of systems on platforms like Salesforce, Thomson Reuters, and other third-party systems we utilize
  • Serves as a point-of-contact to the larger CRP and Tax Advisor teams who reach out with client issues, as well as receiving messages from the clients themselves
  • Gathers more information from internal teams and external clients to problem-solve. Those experiencing problems often struggle to define their problems adequately, so it's important to be inquisitive and friendly when you must ask follow-up questions
  • Follows-up with both internal staff and clients on issue resolution
  • Monitors several group chats, email, and other system tools where issues are communicated

Travel: Less than 10% of the time


What you'll bring to the team...

Education:

  • Associate’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.

Work Experience:

  • Ability to manage communications and work flow with many clients concurrently
  • Demonstrated organizational, prioritization, and detail-oriented abilities to meet established work output timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to include oral and written communication
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs within the business and day-to-day tasks as needed
  • Minimum related work experience

It would be even better if you also had...

Work Experience:

  • Technical proficiency in multi-user systems.
  • Customer service and/or internal Help Desk-type experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high-activity environment.

Pay Range Information

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.

$15.87 - $24.04/Hr.
