What You'll Do...
As a seasonal Operations Specialist you will be responsible for non-systems duties such as delivering supplies/materials to offices, basic maintenance repairs, and assisting with annual set up/closing of offices.
Day to day you’ll…
- Perform basic building maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, cleaning HVAC vents, minor low voltage electrical work and repairing broken items; if the task is complex and requires a certified technician to complete the repair, the District Operations Coordinator (DOC) will be notified
- Deliver supplies and materials to and from tax offices
- Assist with the annual set up and closing of seasonal tax offices, including setting up the office according to the planogram, installing window clings, electrical lightboxes, and open signs, ensuring office cleanliness and performing custodial work, and confirming offices meet overall brand standards
- Attend training required for the position
- Confirm the office is properly secured when leaving the office after hours
- Communicate with District Operations Coordinator (DOC) around Operational Tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by the District Operations Coordinator (DOC)
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading skills
- Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Suite Application. May include virtual tools
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between office locations as required
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs
- Demonstrate decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate organization, prioritization, and project coordination skills
- Effectively demonstrate oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of associates
- Effective time management and the ability of multi-tasking
- Ability to follow direction
- No previous work experience necessary
