Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in current accounts that are primarily long term care facilities across Pennsylvania.
- Provide product demonstrations and in-servicing as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Educate customers on product portfolio.
- Onboard new customers.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
