H & R Healthcare, a leading Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider with over 30 years of industry experience, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Technician to join our dynamic team. This part-time role focuses on equipment management, assembly, and maintenance at our Wallingford, CT warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean all inventory as it enters and leaves the service center
- Assemble, troubleshoot, service, and repair medical equipment
- Ensure computer systems are functioning properly and troubleshoot with tech support as needed
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate computerized records regarding equipment repair and maintenance
- Oversee incoming and outgoing freight and UPS deliveries
- Assist in maintaining an organized and professional appearance in the warehouse
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and handle heavy medical equipment
- Good computer skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions accurately
