SETUP TECHNICIAN/WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE (Branford)
PRISM OFFICE SOLUTIONS is seeking a full time setup technician/warehouse assistant delivery person to join our team.
This is a full time weekdays only job that includes health insurance, paid vacation and more.
This position is responsible for setups of equipment, installations, and warehouse duties. Position requires routinely lifting and loading 50-100 lbs. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record to apply.
In addition,
- Valid driver's license required
- Must successfully meet criminal background and motor vehicle records check requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively with people of all backgrounds
- Must project a professional demeanor and appearance
- Familiarity with technology and the ability to use a laptop computer required
- Experience driving Box Trucks (16ft)
POSITION PROFILE
This position is for a motivated entry-level individual. The proper candidate is capable of handling set-up, delivery installation on printer devices as well as manage warehouse duties..
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates good technical and customer relation skills.
Performs Basic setups, deliveries and provides some customer training on printing standalone and network devices.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Interacts with external customers to ensure customer satisfaction with the service performed.
Exhibits professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)
Requires high school diploma. Completed classes and experience involving computers, electronics, mechanics, etc. is helpful.
Requires a valid state driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage per company policy.
