Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a CRM Manager. The CRM Manager will oversee CRM strategy, manage and analyze customer data, oversee campaign execution, and ensure optimal customer experience. This role requires coordination between sales, marketing, and IT departments to optimize CRM initiatives. The position is based in New York, NY, with some work-from-home flexibility.
