Pay and Benefits Include
-Competitive pay based on experience and skill level. 40 Hour Work Week. Overtime is paid and taxes are withheld. Typical work week is 5 days. Weekends are as needed.

Requirements
- Oversee and manage asphalt paving projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Asphalt Paving Experience. 2 years Minimum on Paver and 5 Years Plus in asphalt
- Asphalt Management Experience. 5 Years in Asphalt Management or Paving Foreman.
- Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and budgeting, while supervising on-site activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to coordinate tasks and maintain efficient workflow.
- Maintain a valid driver's license for site visits and transportation of materials as needed.
- Ability to work as a team, communicate with others, and use critical thinking skills
- Good attitude and works well with others.
- Ability to arrive at work on time.
- Expected 5 years of experience in asphalt field and for described position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
