Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily deposits, payroll, payroll taxes, sales taxes , accounts payable, accounts receiveable and maintaining pos system. This role requires strong organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail to support our two retail locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with service providers.
- Develop and implement hr programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports.
- Be a team player
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation to support office functions.
- Social Media advertising
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling software.
- Experience in vendor management is preferred.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks, payroll, payroll taxes, sales taxes
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Previous experience in a retail office setting is desirable but not required.
