Responsibilities
As our Senior HR Director & Benefits Administrator, you will:
- Lead HR strategy, aligning policy with company vision and growth.
- Oversee all benefits programs, from design, compliance, reporting, to day-to-day administration.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Advise leadership on HR legal matters and employee relations.
- Lead open enrollment, manage vendor relationships, and troubleshoot escalated benefit issues.
- Maintain systems (experience with Paylocity is a plus!) and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to support high growth needs.
- Champion our values through transparent communication and a strong team culture.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or SHRM/PHR certification is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive HR leadership, with a strong focus on benefits administration.
- Healthcare Industry Experience: Preferred, but not required.
- Tech-Savvy: Prior experience with Paylocity and HRIS systems is strongly preferred.
- Legal Expertise: Solid understanding of labor law, ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other HR compliance.
- Soft Skills: Strong communicator, great personality, and thrives in a people-driven, fast-growth environment.
