What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at H2 LLC?
Position Overview: The Service Coordinator is responsible for performing tasks related to service and warranty issues for customers as well as various clerical and receptionist duties. Ensure all tasks are effectively executed while maintaining positive and professional relationships with internal and external customers.
Essential Job Functions and Duties:
- Answer phone and direct calls to designated personnel
- Greet and direct visitors to appropriate personnel
- Schedule service technicians in an efficient and cost-effective manner while maintaining a customer first attitude
- Prepare sales orders for all service work and billing of billable service; create sales orders for warranty materials relieved
- Schedule job based on Supply Pro and builders' schedules
- Assist to schedule job previews and field measurements for upcoming jobs
- Work with customer and manufactures to resolve all product installation or performance issues; including defective product, recalls, warranty, etc.
- Coordinate with Purchasing to secure all parts for service technicians
- Process all warranty claims with vendors within 30 days
- Provide office management duties in a timely manner
- Prepare workorders for all service work and job packets for production
- Perform various tasks in Docuware such as scan completed job information, monitor workflow task lists, and other tasks as required by role
- Process installer timesheets and daily incomplete tracking
- Scan shower door measurements for CADing
- Other duties maybe assigned
Physical Requirements: Employee must be able to bend, turn, twist, climb, squat, reach, and stand throughout entire shift. Must be able to lift and carry minimum of 30 pounds from knee and/or ground level to waist and/or chest level. Must be able to push/pull a minimum of 30 pounds. Must be able to lift 30 pounds above head. Must be able to work in a face-paced environment. This position requires the employee to be in a seated position up to 90% of the day. Must have regular and predictable on-site attendance.
Work Environment: Employees will perform majority of work inside H2, in an office setting, on a daily basis. May be required to work outside during all seasons for duties of the position. Will be exposed to dust, dirt, noise, and seasonal changes in temperature.
Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Read, write and understand English. Customer focused employee. Attention to detail and ability to multitask and make decisions.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
