Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve department goals
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field- 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
