With a current fundraising goal of $50 million—including $20 million by July 2025—we are expanding our investor outreach and marketing initiatives to build a robust pipeline of qualified accredited investors.
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Head of Investor Relations Marketing to lead and execute our investor-facing marketing efforts. This high-impact, hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the private equity fundraising landscape (especially 506(c) offerings), and is passionate about connecting with accredited investors through digital marketing, thought leadership, and relationship-based strategies.
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will own Terian Capital’s full marketing funnel—from brand messaging and content creation to CRM optimization and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract accredited investors
- Manage Terian Capital’s social media presence (LinkedIn and others)
- Create and distribute newsletters, pitch decks, landing pages, and investor-facing content using branded templates
- Oversee outreach sequences, marketing funnels, and automation workflows within Go High Level CRM
- Coordinate and promote investor webinars and events
- Leverage LinkedIn for outbound messaging, content marketing, and brand positioning
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and CRM growth
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and communications
Key Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Go High Level (or comparable CRM/automation tools)
- Strong content creation and written communication skills
- Experience with Canva, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep understanding of investor marketing funnels and nurturing strategies
- Familiarity with LinkedIn paid/organic campaigns
- Technical comfort with tasks like email/domain setup, CRM integrations, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in marketing, investor relations, or private equity communications
- Experience marketing a 506(c) offering or to accredited investors
- Background in real estate, private equity, or financial services
- Familiarity with investment marketing to HNWIs, RIAs, or family offices
Performance Metrics
- Monthly volume of qualified investor leads
- Investor meetings scheduled per week
- Landing page and email campaign conversion rates
- Growth in CRM pipeline
- Social media engagement metrics
Compensation
- Salary: Commensurate with experience
- Bonus: Performance-based bonuses tied to lead generation and meeting targets
