With a current fundraising goal of $50 million including $20 million by July 2025we are expanding our investor outreach and marketing initiatives to build a robust pipeline of qualified accredited investors.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Investor Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and drive investor engagement. This is a creative and data-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, understands the private equity landscape especially under a 506(c) offering and is skilled at connecting with accredited investors.

You'll work directly with the Managing Partner and have ownership over Terian's marketing funnel, social media presence, content production, and performance analytics. As a lean and growing team, were looking for someone who's excited to take initiative and wear multiple hats.

This role requires proficiency with AI-enhanced tools within marketing platforms particularly Go High Level to drive automation, scale personalized outreach, and improve lead conversion efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

·        Plan, develop, and execute strategic marketing campaigns to generate inbound interest from accredited investors

·        Generate and qualify leads through digital channels, email sequences, and content distribution

·        Manage all aspects of Terian Capitals social media presence (LinkedIn and others), including planning, posting, engagement, and growth strategies

·        Create compelling investor-facing materials including newsletters, pitch decks, landing pages, and educational articles using brand templates

·        Manage and optimize outreach sequences, funnels, and landing pages using Go High Level (CRM)

·        Coordinate and promote investor webinars, events, and meetings

·        Leverage LinkedIn for outbound messaging and thought leadership content

·        Track and report on marketing KPIs including lead generation, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI

·        Generate performance and marketing reports directly from systems like Go High Level, LinkedIn, email platforms, and CRM dashboards

·        Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications

·        Prepare marketing updates and materials that support investor relations and capital-raising progress

Required Skills & Tools

·        Expertise in Go High Level (CRM and marketing automation), including AI-driven tools and workflow automation

·        Ability to implement and optimize AI-powered features within marketing platforms (e.g., smart campaigns, content generation, lead scoring, chatbot management)

·        Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

·        LinkedIn (organic and paid strategies)

·        Canva (design with branded templates)

·        Strong written communication and content creation ability

·        Understanding of the investor marketing funnel and nurturing strategies

·        Basic technical skills, including domain/email setup and phone system management

Preferred Qualifications

·        Prior experience marketing a 506(c) private offering

·        Familiarity with real estate development and investment terms

·        Experience marketing to accredited investors, RIAs, family offices, or high-net-worth individuals

·        Background in private equity, investor relations, or financial services

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·        Monthly investor lead volume

·        Weekly investor meetings scheduled

·        Email open/click-through rates

·        Webinar and landing page conversion rates

·        Growth in CRM pipeline of qualified investors

·        Social media engagement and follower growth

·        Accuracy and timeliness of marketing and performance reports

Compensation

·        Salary: Commensurate with experience

·        Incentives: Performance-based bonuses may be awarded based on qualified lead volume and investor meeting metrics
